Step 1.

Introduction

First things first. Call us.

We want to know about you, your project and space requirements and give you the opportunity to learn about us too. We will then send you an overview of our services, fees and process.

Step 2.

Agreement & Project Review/Survey

Once we agree to work together we’ll set up a meeting at our studio to review the details of your project and budget. We facilitate and coordinate with skilled contractors, craftsman, suppliers and work- rooms with whom we have long-standing relationships. If you have your own contractor we are happy to work with them too. An onsite meeting with all those involved will then be scheduled to review plans, discuss materials and take measurements. Contractors and other trades will then be booked and a start date will be scheduled.

Step 3.

Creation & Presentation

Creation: From the information we gathered from you and any team members we begin to create a design plan for your space. The scope of your project determines the time necessary to complete the design package. Smaller projects take 2-3 weeks, larger projects up to 12 weeks.

Presentation: We present the design plan to you at the studio. Visualization is everything so we provide as many samples as possible for you to touch and see. Preliminary selections of fabrics, flooring, paint colours, architectural samples, floor plans, elevations and anything else that relates to your project will be included.

Smaller projects typically require one meeting, larger projects may require a series of meetings. From here the design is approved or tweeked to meet your approval.

Step 4.

Construction Phase

Let the transformation begin. It gets messy first then your new space unfolds into the beautiful space we all created. While this is happening we are working diligently behind the scenes managing your orders, custom fabrications, deliveries and installations. Onsite visits and meetings with you will be scheduled as needed.

Step 5.

Installation.

As soon as your space is ready to receive furnishings we organize scheduled installations and deliveries. For most of our clients this is most exciting part of the project. Of course no room is complete without accessorizing and personalizing. This can be scheduled the same day or at a later date based on your needs.

Sometimes you just need a little help to set you in the right direction. We offer guidance choosing the the perfect materials, fabrics, colours, styles or whatever you need to get your project started and moving forward.

Consultations start at 2 hours +. Get your pen and paper ready, we’ll be there to advise on everything you ask.
